Arc House is a performance space, café and park, with a programme of exciting community events and activities held throughout the year.
Formerly known as Lowlands Recreation Ground, this now rejuvenated park offers children’s play spaces and an orchard. There is also a new tree-lined boulevard running from Harrow on the Hill station to Arc House.
The Arc House building provides a space for performances and also boasts the Lounge@ Arc House café. The park and performance space is designed by award winning architect Adams & Sutherland.
Arc House was funded by the Mayor’s Outer London Fund and is part of a programme developed by Harrow Council with the GLA to support the regeneration of Harrow town centre. The space is currently managed by Harrow College.
